Rules for a space made for two.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using draw4love.com, Pairanoid, or, after its release, the draw4love iOS app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service operator is identified as Draw4love; this is the name of the service, not a statement of the name of a separate legal entity.

If you do not agree, do not use the services. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract remain in effect.

2. What the services include

draw4love app

The iOS app lets two people create a pair and send drawings, collages, and short messages for display on a partner's widget. Widget updates are not guaranteed in real time: the app may request an update, but iOS determines its timing and frequency.

Pairanoid

The web beta lets two people answer questions separately and then see a shared result, conversation topics, and related activities. Pairanoid and the iOS app are separate products; their data is not combined automatically.

3. Age, consent, and relationships

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Connect another person only with their informed consent. Each participant decides which answers and materials to submit.

You may not use the services for covert surveillance, pressure, harassment, threats, control of a partner, or circumvention of their device settings.

4. Pairs, codes, and capability links

A pair code, invitation, result link, or continuation link may act as an access key. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for actions taken through the link from your device.

• Send the link only to the intended partner.
• Do not publish it on social media, in reviews, or in screenshots.
• If you suspect exposure, stop using the link and delete the pair or create a new one if the relevant feature is available.

The target lifetime of an incomplete Pairanoid invitation is 7 days. An expired invitation may require a new pair to be created.

5. Your drawings, answers, and other content

You retain your rights in content you create. You grant Draw4love the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to store, process, technically transform for delivery, and display content to your partner solely to operate the selected feature.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content. Prohibited content includes illegal material, malicious code, non-consensual sexual content, material involving minors, threats, humiliation, disclosure of another person's personal data, and infringement of intellectual property rights.

We may restrict access to or remove content when reasonably necessary for safety, operation of the service, compliance with law, or protection of other people's rights. We are not required to monitor a pair's private content continuously.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, guess tokens, scan other people's pairs, automate bulk requests, extract other users' data, resell access, or attempt to obtain source code in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

You can report vulnerabilities to support@draw4love.com. Do not use a vulnerability to access someone else's content, and do not publish private links.

7. Subscription in the iOS app

The launch plan for the draw4love app is a 7-day free trial followed by a subscription of approximately $4.99 per month. Apple will display the actual price, currency, trial availability, and billing period before purchase confirmation, and these may vary by region.

Payment and cancellation are handled through Apple. If a free period automatically converts to a paid subscription, Apple will display the terms before you subscribe. The subscription must be canceled in Apple ID subscription settings by the deadline specified by Apple. Deleting the app, account, or pair does not by itself cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple's rules and applicable law.

8. Beta, methodologies, and no guarantees

In beta, questions, methodologies, calculations, the interface, and availability may change. A result depends on self-assessment, context, and the number of answers; it may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not make health or safety decisions based only on a result.

The beta service is provided “as is” and may be temporarily unavailable, reset data, or stop supporting features. We work to maintain reliability, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, preservation of every draft, or compatibility with all browsers and devices.

The services are not intended for emergency messages. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or someone you trust.

9. Intellectual property

The name, design, software, selection of content, and other elements of Draw4love and Pairanoid belong to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the service as intended and do not transfer rights in the brand or code.

10. Access restrictions and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of data under the Privacy Policy. We may restrict access in response to a breach of the Terms, a security threat, a lawful requirement, or discontinuation of a product. Where possible, we will try to provide reasonable notice if doing so does not interfere with safety or legal obligations.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Draw4love is not liable for indirect losses, relationship decisions, loss of beta data, actions by a partner, or actions by a third party who obtains a private link because a user disclosed it. This does not exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, and it does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the products launch and develop. A new version will be published here with a new date. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance of the changes unless the law requires another form of consent.
